Discovering Vector Tools
My uncle Jean (John) is starting a "repair all" kind of company in the south of France. He wanted a logo of a "happy and honest" worker. I thought it was a good opportunity to try something new to me: vectors! It's not done in Illustrator but using the vector tool in Photoshop. But hey, it's a start! Next time, I try Illustrator.
I also try to put a little bit of my uncle into the design. I think it turned out okay for the short time I spent on it.

BOLT!
Bolt is now playing in theaters everywhere. I worked on the game quite a bit. For this game, I didn't work so much in concept but on the skydomes, these big background paintings that "close" the gameplay area.
Here is one of the few concept pieces I did, for an enemy. At the time, the bad guys of the movie had this modern ninja flavor to them. Later on, the movie team just kept the high tech look and abandonned the ninja theme. We of course had to change our characters accordingly.
I've been pretty impressed with what Disney Feature did on Bolt. It's definetely a step up in quality and storytelling compared to Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons.
Here are early ninja versions of "Disky":
